florida frequences needed!

i am looking for the frequencies for a certain school in osceola county florida. i cant seem to find it on any website. does that mean they are transmitting illegally?

No. It just means no one with a scanner has cared enough about it to put it on the internet.

You'll finds lots of stuff on the air that doesn't appear in the FCC records for various reasons. Operating illegally is a possibility, or the license may appear under a name or company that may not be the name that you recognize. Another possibility is that some businesses rent or lease their radios from a company that is in the radio rental business, and the license is under the name of the radio rental company.
