What I don't understand is if they disabled his radio, then why was he able to keep messing with it? It's supposed to turn on, maybe flash a couple times, and shut off again. He shouldn't have been able to use it.Florida has a great public records policy! Arrest and court records provide a lot more than the video. Currently reading through all his court records both Washington and Bay Counties( bay county clerk site is littered with his name 2 pages worth of results from all his swatting incidents and other arrests and violations). He was well known and cops who worked his cases knew him right away from his voice on the recordings!
WOW this guy is a PSYCHO! He was pretending to be officers and EMS on the channels for Wash Co, Bay Co, Panama City PD.
This guy did way wayyyy more than what's laid out in the in this short video. He pretended to be multiple officers transmitting during active calls and requesting info on active calls, running plate checks, running peoples names!!! LOL He used the radio ID numbers of multiple officers settings off the emergency button multiple times
They stunned his radio so he slammed them with alert tones and continuously stunned all their dispatch consoles and kept shutting them down for half a day because he wanted to "show them who was in charge" PSYCHO!
He sent the text "I'll cease and desist all I ask is to turn a blind eye to the plate checks I perform"
Thus far he was well known to law enforcement and even a couple cops were shown the recordings and knew it was his voice LOL
He agreed to meet them and arrived at the meeting where he had a Lake County Sheriffs badge and Glock handgun on him when they arrested him at a restaurant. This dude brought this **** with him to meet with law enforcement WTF who does that????
He had the software, multiple radios, it's not a big problem. short downtimeWhat I don't understand is if they disabled his radio, then why was he able to keep messing with it? It's supposed to turn on, maybe flash a couple times, and shut off again. He shouldn't have been able to use it.
Stunning wont stop a determined perp, especially on DMR, the radios are cheaper, and it was a non trunked DMR system, I wonder if something like RAS at least would have prevented it.What I don't understand is if they disabled his radio, then why was he able to keep messing with it? 🤷♂️How was he able to disable dispatch consoles?. You would think there should have been some setup that would ignore stuns to their dispatch console. Anyway, he's probably made new friends while in the clink.

so basically a train wreckAh here we go, here's how that letter of thank you came about. BCSO deposition
"How do you know the defendant? He was arrested on previous computer related charges and since then was working with us helping us on related cases, giving information and actually had lunch with him last week". No wonder he brought a gun and badge to the meeting. In a whackers mind I can see how he'd think he was practically a cop
He had a lot of points added to sentencing score sheet because his record is a mile long. Swatting's, no drivers license, theft, trespass, battery, disorderly conduct stemming from a disturbance at a Golden Corral where he cursed out and threw a 32oz cup of soda at someones face, likely management after being told to leave.
At 19, cop saw a drug deal and in his possession was a decent amount of pot, meth, numerous pills, hydrocodone, a scale, a loaded .40 cal handgun and $4,600 cash. Possession of gun during felony, intent to distribute pot/meth/pills, drug paraphernalia. Every interaction he had with police he was found with drugs on him. Another traffic stop he had no license, found with pot, a large knife in his pocket led to concealed weapon charge
A disturbance where there was a threaten/display firearm charge then a DUI, tampering with evidence, obstruction. Previous probation violations then and now. On felony probation during his impersonation arrest.
Ah, just lock him up and throw away the key. Might wanna put him in one of those jackets that makes him hug himself too.Ah here we go, here's how that letter of thank you came about. BCSO deposition

He had a lot of points added to sentencing score sheet because, to put it mildy his criminal record is extensive for someone of his age. Its no wonder he was impersonating, he's had a lot of contact with officers. Swatting's, no drivers license, theft, trespass, battery, disorderly conduct stemming from a disturbance at a Golden Corral where he cursed out and threw a 32oz cup of soda at someones face, likely management after being told to leave.

On felony probation during his impersonation arrest along with a spattering of traffic tickets, license violations etc. The whole first page of Bay Co clerk is filled with his name on all the cases
