Suppose you're an officer and...What would you do?

That is time for "decisive escalation" which I referred to earlier. But it is important to be sure that an escalation will in fact be decisive.

(I am sure that this will not convince you that trying to disable Jones radio was not an "escalation", but I am not concerned enough to
further discuss this somewhat O/T aspect)

I see. You're just talking about the term. I hadn't really thought about that, but I see your point. 👍 And I agree, I wouldn't like being put in cuffs just because I'm upset about something, but how is the officer supposed to know what I could do next? But I see your point and I agree. 🙂
