The "easy way" to get around the law and carry legally would be to get your ham license. The technician exam is less than 20 bucks and only 35 multiple choice questions. You can read through the question pools online and take the test in your area.

He is right.. The state of Florida and everyone else is going to do whatever in the hell, and whenever in the hell they feel like it. People have minds of their own nowdays and it of course sucks.
