I listen to broadcasting call platforms I heard some in the clear. But The dispatcher was telling units to go to channel 2
Full time encryption on all PD channels was initiated on November 12th. All credit here goes to a local social media poster who felt a need to go to FMPD calls and insert himself into the situation...
ooh Rowlett had one of those years ago and talking with someone higher up in the FD they let is slip that guy was directly responsible for that city going fully ENC. All it takes is one whacker to keep showing up to scenes or posting crap on social media to ruin it for everyone.
I know McKinney FD ENC a couple of their channels due to a guy who kept showing up to scenes.
