My problem still continues but found a solution which is annoying to be able to use the integrated FC0012 in the FMP24 application ... to get it to recognize the FC0012 chipset I open an application that serves to change the serial number then I run the FMP24 application and it is The chipset recognizes me, but if disconnected from the USB or restarting the computer does not recognize the FC0012 chipset and enters "Direct sampling mode"
I am wondering if anyone knows the Batch Commands to force the FMP24 program into FC0012 chipset mode?

What's the MD5 checksum on your rtlsdr.dll file?I am going to comment on my solution answering myself because perhaps someone may be going through this same problem, after many hours looking for a solution I found that replacing this rtlsdr.dll file with this one that was attached works perfectly..
just works without any problem FMP24 V2.65 FC0012
