Hi. Does anyone know what the Fn key is used for on the TRX-2? I don't see any specific info in the manual.
Thanks.

Our TRX-2 manuals must be different versions??? I find the following in my TRX-2 manual:

Fn PRI toggles Priority Mode on or off while scanning.

While using Standard Text Entry, the Fn key serves as a shift key. For letters, uppercase text is typed by default, and you can shift to lowercase by pressing the Fn key before entering a character. For punctuation, the Fn key accesses a second set of punctuation marks. The shift action of the Fn key remains active until it is pressed again.

Use the < >keys to move the cursor to the desired location in edit fields. Press Fn < or Fn > to move the cursor to the beginning or end of an edit field, respectively.

Pressing Fn to toggle the shift lock status will produce lower case characters for letters, and a second set of punctuation marks for special characters.
