This frequency is also an input to the nationwide law enforcement interop channel LE-5 (aka 1FLAW-39). Output is 168.4625. PL is 167.9
Have you monitored CBP traffic here recently or did this perhaps get reassigned to the new interops frequency set.

163.6250 Customs and Border Protection P25

This is an FBI repeater output in Phila., PA. That doesn't mean it isn't CBP in your area, though.

Are you certain this is CBP? I've seen this logged as FBI Buffalo Field Office by others.

Not certain, It's close to FBI frequencies so it could be FBI ??

FYI 163.625 in Philadelphia is Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE).

Just FYI, ICE does not technically own a radio network. The old Customs and INS networks have been absorbed by CBP. ICE is now just another network subscriber. However, ICE does own a few repeaters that are linked to the CBP network. Here in SoFla ICE only owns one repeater. It is linked to the old Border Patrol net.
