This happened early yesterday morning: Two people were killed when their vehicle crashes into SBCoFD Medic Squad 71 in Fontana (CA). The squad was struck by a vehicle at the intersection of Sierra and Randall avenues at 2:30 a.m and ended up on top of the vehicle.
Heavy rescue unit personnel worked to extricate the vehicle out from underneath the squad to render medical aid to its occupants, however, the two occupants of the vehicle were deceased. Two firefighters were transported with injuries to Arrowhead Regional Med Center.
