Past through hattisburg 2 times this part weekend.Did not hear much on the 700 trunk. Some PD talk..No fire or EMS at all.

Forrest County is on the 800 MHz sites. As far as I know the 800 MHz has not fully integrated yet into the MSWIN. The 3 sites are part of the network, but not fully functional on the entire system yet. Should be fully online by July.

No, they are listed as using the MSWIN system. Forrest County has converted its 800 MHz over to MSWIN. Just as Jones County did, and Lee County will, and DeSoto is, and others. Make sure you correctly program the old analog Forrest County, and Jones County as P25 now, as they converted over to MSWIN.

The MSWIN is primarily an 700 MHz system, but now has 800 MHz sites where Counties/Municipalities are converting their own systems over to be MSWIN sites.

I live in Forrest County and I am hearing several agencies on the MSWIN system:
Hattiesburg PD
Forrest SO
Forrest County Fire
USM Police
I am listening to them on my Uniden Home Patrol
