this is one of the sites for the new Clayton county system. As the chief noted, all law enforcement is encrypted, with AES-256.

the rest of the sites for the Clayton system will be going live June 1st. Heavy use of AES-256 on all LE talkgroups and most fire TACS.

FPPD has its own system from what i remember..... they will have to share their key with CCPD, i doubt they will..... CCPD and FPPD has always butted heads.

that FCC reg, shows its registered to the city itself and not CCPD.

Riverdale and Morrow/LakeCity have their own systems as well.... Jonesboro PD went co-op with CCPD

Probably never updated it. That and it's showing there are 4 channels from what you posted, so they may be rolling in their stand alone channel and making it a 4 channel DTRS.
