Uh, hum, that would be the Forest Service or the U.S. Forest Service as the agency is an entity and its name is a proper noun, thus is capitalized.

There are communication centers that include the BLM and they are on Widcad as well. There are a couple of National Park Service dispatch centers on this CAD system as well, Sequoia-Kings Canyon and Yosemite in California.
