Forestry in Western MD

Anyone know what the forestry folks in Western Maryland are using for Commo? I am curious about the R200 - R208 VHF repeaters with outputs on 159.450 MHz that covered almost all of Garrett and Allegany . They went quiet in late 2012 and have not resurfaced on that frequency (as far as I can tell), and I wonder if they are on another frequency?
