Is 161.9500 NAC 195 still a voice freq for the Fork Mountain site? Considering the distance from my location I'm surprised I can get a decode on it.

I'm not surprised you hear it but off the top of my head isn't 161.950 a SNP channel? They are P25 but a lot is encrypted.
