She was known as Donna Blair when she worked for KIMN and KYGO. She came to news from being a paramedic locally. She married KLZ radio traffic reporter and DPD Sergeant Tony Ryan. She then joined the DPD as Donna Ryan. She married the guy in the article after divorcing Tony.

What a sad day. Although I hadn't seen Donna since she was working in Dist. 3 around 1992 or 93, I had just exchanged emails with her last month when the flooding disaster was occuring in Mesquite.

It was about that same timeframe when I last saw Bill. I was hoping to stop and see them in March either going or coming to/from IWCE in Las Vegas.
