Fort Bend County P25

TXWarn for Fort Bend County has 4 sites listed. My inquiry is narrowed to the two Fort Bend Sites.
Site 1-41 and Site 1-53

As I venture into this new avenue of learning (on a Unication G4) I am a tad confused as to the different sites listed here.

If I select Site 1-41 it seems to be silence.

Site 1-53 shows as Simulcast and when I select that Site I seem to be receiving any talkgroups that I select just fine.

If I am to select both sites, sometimes the G4 will lock in on site 1-41 and that just seems like silence. Changing the selector will eventually lock me back on the 1-53.
Leads me to think I should just not select site 1-41 but I’m not sure if it is needed for the trunking or something else.

Any input gladly appreciated. Thank you.

1-41 is what used to be called a "roamer", meaning if outside agencies were in the area they would roam onto that site...not so much anymore. Mainly I hear Acadian ambulance there. Maybe keep it in the radio and listen during a flood/hurricane/major weather event.

FYI, the patch was my dad in WWII.

I appreciate that info and won’t completely give up on Site 1-41. I’ll leave it out for now though until my knowledge stabilizes.
