Will anyone share if the various Ft Bragg sites carry the same traffic or is it different traffic/units on the different towers?

Just like with VIPER and other regional trunked systems, a radio must be affiliated to a tower for a TG to be active. There are no forced TGs on the Bragg system that I have ever noticed. More traffic will be heard on sites closer to the base compared to outlying sites.

i ditto trumpetman. sites 4, 6 and 7 have the least traffic followed by 5. 1, 2 and 3 i don't have enough experience with. occasionally there will be base public safety traffic, like MP's on 1200 or EMS or something like that on 4, 6 or 7 and i have found that usually means there is a radio tech in the area en route to or working on a tower.
