Any idea on what frequencies are used by Fort Campbell Rail that operates the old Tennessee Central (Illinois Central Gulf) route south of Hopkinsville?

I would suspect they aren't on the base P25 trunked system, and probably not using standard AAR frequencies.

Past observations usually had hi rail or on-highway trucks to flag crossings for movements.

PM response is fine.

Thanks

A couple of my contacts in the area have confirmed they do in fact utilize the base P-25 system, although neither contact had confirmed information as to which talkgroup(s) are used.

Both also confirmed that radio traffic with CSX crews/Henderson Sub dispatcher is practically non-existent. Most comms with CSX dispatcher are via cell phone calls to Jacksonville to advise/coordinate movements at the Hopkinsville interchange location.

The Fort Campbell Rail crew comes in, drops off their train in the interchange south of Hopkinsville, picks up their cars and heads back to the base.

If anyone can nail down the talkgroups, it would be most appreciated.
