Thanks!

nbarco,

Thanks so much for the new control channel! My Fort Gordon system went def some time ago (heard AugustaComms performed some upgrades last year) and I never really did anything about it. Not sure if it was the right way to do it, but I simply added the frequency you listed to my site 101, 102 and 105 in my uniden 396 and presto, it works now!

Thanks and Happy New Years! BTW, I posted this am in the federal section here about a NEST frequency, you heard anything?

Did the CC change again?

Yes...it did change. I think only site 101 has active talk groups. Can you verify?

The only two of those sites I am getting a signal on is 001 and 006 (my antenna is in the attic). I didn't pay attention to which sites the talk groups were coming over on. I can monitor it tomorrow and pay closer attention. I don't listen to Ft. Gordon that often. I did submit the new info.

Any updates for Fort Gordon?

I just replaced my PSR-800 with a BCD436 and don't have the old freqs. They apparently took them off the site too, even the talkgroups. Can someone repost?

If you look at post #6 they're listed there. I do have some additions since than that I can post. I wonder why they took it off. It says that "This system is deprecated, and may no longer be in use or is superseded by another system." but yet I am listening to it. I guess will have to resubmit it to the database? Actually I see that Lindsay took it off. I wonder if that means they requested it be removed.

Thanks Chris! I wonder if they could put something pointing people there instead of saying it's deprecated since it's not. Also where on earth did you find that? I can't find that from the main database page.

Once again, I am getting silence on Fort Gordon. Can you verify active control channels?

May I make a suggestion? Download Pro96com, plug your programming cable into the scanner and your PC. Pick what scanner you are using, and let the software find the frequencies for you. That way, when you locate a CC and the alternates, you can submit them to RR so they can be added to the database. Then we all know:)

Ok...maybe someone can shed light. When I do a search between 385.0000 and 389.0000 I receive fort Gordon traffic. The control channel frequencies stop the search but remain silent. I don't hear the digital noise. When I scan for talk groups as they are in the database I get nothing. Also, in discovery mode, I get nothing scanning all the CC channels.
