I know they have the 380 P25 Trunking System setup there now and are using it for their comms.

I was in Killeen today, I decided to scan through the 453-465mhz Band.
And I noticed something strange.
I found some of the Ft. Hood Comms in that Band.
It was all P25 with some encryption thrown in; just like the TRS.
I was using my Pro-96 with the RS 800mhz antenna.
What could have caused this.
