A bit of info......like there would not be "Chaos" over the radio.
Reaffirms my thoughts of DES / AES encryption requirements....and how there should be a AES / DES channel to "switch to" in times of trouble, severe and dire emergencies, and to discuss personal or sensitive ( secret / confidential / Top Secret ) information.
( sidenote - "Specialst" most likely means the shooters rank = Specialist E-4 )

Monitoring EDACS Bell County
I was not in Killeen when the most recent shooting occurred. I am curious as to how much radio traffic was heard. Does anyone have any reports about which channels were most active? This marks number three regarding major shootings in Killeen.
