For most of the modern scanners, none needed. It's a UHF Phase 1 system. What radio are you trying to program?

But yea, its a Harris OBT system so the band plan is up in the air.

The first thing I did when starting out programming NAS is buy a $30 SDR to use with free SDRTrunk program to make certain what I was looking at and receiving was true and accurate

Yep, same deal here... but I'm nowhere near it, and will be traveling there without any programming equipment.. so thus, I'm asking if anyone nearby has it
