AFAIK no. I still hear the PD on 155.6700 and 155.9850 in simplex. I know on the DB here said they were going to start using it as a conventional UHF system in January 08, then by this time the system would be up and running. It is supposed to be a APCO-25 Digital system by MA/COMM not a proprietary Pro-voice or opensky system, so any Digital scanner should be able to pick it up fine. I am not shocked that its delayed given MA/COMM's track record.

Theree has also been some debate whether the Fort Lee system is going to eventually be folded into the Bergen County Trunked system. I think that might be a part of the hold up!

How would that be possible? Correct me if I'm mistaken, but doesn't Motorola have the contract to build the Bergen County TRS?
