For the last week or so just "browsing" the Fed UHF band, I came across these two sites apart of this system. They have consistently been present, so I don't think it's a band opening.
Neither have been previously identified in the DB, and I am having trouble figuring out where/what installations they're at.
Pretty strong signals on both sites from Downtown Atlanta
The Neighbor site 10.10, I can't get a lock on, so it's further away whatever it is.

Appears to be previously un-submitted sites 10, 11, and 13 on the Fort Moore system based on system ID.

Right, I just can't figure out which installations they're at.
Downtown Atlanta is way too far away from Fort Moore to be local sites to the main base.

Looks like there has been no interest in those frequencies in years, based on a search of the forums. I did see Camp Merrill mentioned with 386.075, but that was ages ago. Not in the area so can't help, sorry.
