Forum Access Problem !!!

Hi Forum admin

Having a problem accessing some parts of the forum. Getting this error message below.
UNABLE TO RETRIEVE DATABASE USER ACCESS INFO--> Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2)

The RR staff is taking a look at the problem.

This morning around 7a EDT the entire site was down, returning 20 minutes later. A traceroute showed a 100% failure at hop 7, out of 15 or so. That IP 65.14.76.14 address came back to Quest, shown as Denver. HTH.

Yes i didnt know if it was indeed a pure database error or a power outage that caused this so I emailed the admin about it and im glad i did otherwise they MIGHT NOT have known about it as quickly as they did...

I really like this site and when it has problems i take action to get it corrected as soon as possible!!

Yeah, it's running ok now. Had a power outage too on my end, heh heh.
