Forum for 800 Mhz rebanding?

Hey Lindsay and team; how about a forum for the rebanding project? Right now there are several posts scattered throughout the boards on the subject, and it makes it VERY difficult to do any research on the subject (OK, seperating fact from speculation at this point is very hard, that's a given)

There could be at least 2 stickies already; one for Uniden products, the other for GRE/RS products.

It's going to be a hot topic (if it isn't already) once the freq moves really start to happen....73s Mike

Nice idea but we are still going to have a ton of people posting all over the boards about it. Right now there are a couple sticky threads for it but yet people still ask about it in other threads.

Dwayne is correct. There is already a sticky on the topic in the Scanning Forum and The Uniden Forum has a sticky (now locked since it began wandering off topic) that explained Uniden's position on the matter and the Uniden's announced solution for the problem. When and if RS ever puts out a general announcement, we probably will make that a sticky in the RS forum.

But in the meantime, opening new topics on the subject will just get them closed as duplicate threads. As your original post is not really about the rebanding, this is not being closed as a duplicate.
