Forum Rules & Guidelines link is dead

Just to let an admin know, the Forum Rules & Guidelines link is dead. https://forums.radioreference.com/forum-rules-guidelines/
On the previous page for this group, there's a statement that says "For administrative questions about the forums or problems with its use. Before you ask, did you read here first?". that link is dead.

I would PM a moderator about it but it looks like that's disabled as well for new members. Hopefully once I get enough posts approved then I'll be able to ask questions in the forums.
