Please post a direct link to where you see those frequencies in the Radio Reference database

Also.....Check the date of the database in your scanner:

From the main screen on the Home Patrol, select MENU --> ADVANCED MENU --> scroll down arrow --> VERSION INFORMATION

What does it say there for the date of the database?

I updated it 07/05/2020
when or how can I find out when there’s an update to the home patrol 2

The database is updated every Monday.

Check page 6 of your owners manual for full instructions to update to the latest database and firmware.

Where in Radio Reference are you seeing these? Please post a link to the page and we will try to help you. If they are in the WIKI you must enter them manually.

The Uniden HomePatrol, x36HP, and SDS scanners pull frequencies from the RadioReference Database via Sentinel software, not from the FCC licenses/database. What you've found under WQIX753 is raw licensing data, which is not going to show up in Sentinel until/unless someone confirms that the schools are using any of those frequencies. At that point, after confirmation with additional details as to specific usage, they can then be added to the RadioReference Database and subsequently available for Sentinel to load into your scanner.

A repeater for Jefferson City Public Schools is listed on the Cole County, MO page. Have you loaded that frequency into your scanner?

Looking at the license you linked for the frequency on the Cole County page, that frequency, as well as others on the same license, are authorized for DMR.
I found the frequencies on FCC Call sign WQIX753 (Jefferson City Public Schools)
The single frequency that shows on the county database page is in the database. But unless you have the Schools service type enabled, you would not hear them on the HP2.
88208

If you append that System to a Favorites list, then you can add the other frequencies shown on the license to it. But as I noted above, if they are, in fact, using DMR, then your HP-2 will not be able to monitor them. The HP-2 cannot be upgraded to receive DMR and NXDN systems.
