found old scaner bc245 xlt

Hey guys just found my old scanner and tried to tune it, but I forgot how to. I'm pretty sure i can still use it since San Bernardino County still uses an analog system. I just can't figure out how to program my trunk tracking system, or anything at all. I can set my frequencies and all that but it seems that nothing ever gets picked up.
