Does anyone know of specialized voice weather broadcasts for aviation?
There is not as much of a need now. There is ADS-B weather and satellite based services like SiriusXM Aviation that give complete weather information including radar images.

There are VOLMET stations on HF SSB.

There used to be some NDBs that had a weather broadcast. I don't know if any still exist.

Most airports have a AWOS or ASOS that continuously broadcasts it weather conditions on a VHF AM frequency.

Here's a great source to look up aviation communications and weather broadcast frequencies. I believe that most if not all airports
having AWOS/ASOS facilities also offer local dialup telephone access.
