That's a MPT-1327 signal. It's owned by D&D Dispatch and is on the Hancock tower. The location data at the FCC license site shows Waltham, but it moved a few years ago.

Mostly used for taxi dispatch, as I recall from a discussion on Scan-New England.

DSD+ won't decode it, but Unitrunker is able to. I haven't been able to get the older version of Unitrunker to work reliably and haven't installed the new version as of yet.

SDRTrunk will decode MPT1327 as well.

I downloaded SDRTrunk and Java, but three hours later I can't get SDRTrunk to run. Part of the problem is likely that I downloaded the an Alpha version of 4.0 I just can't get anything to happen.

Not that I'm all that interested in listening to taxi dispatch, but I'd like to be able to get the app to run.
