Given that not all FPL sites use all available licensed freqs such as the 15 listed for the Oakland Pk site, or that multiple sites share the cluster of freqs, I've been trying the following LCN's for Oakland Park but it seems like I'm still missing the right set-up. If anyone has a better set-up or other S Fla sites it'd be appreciated.
