this thread is specifically addressing this system:

based on some discussions on another site/page - I fired up this system today w/ FMPA/DSD+ just to take a look.

The closest site to me is 133 (Melbourne) and it's properly reporting neighbor sites of 47 (Vero Beach) and 61 (Cocoa)

however, today there was a new site - 19 - which should have a CC of 938.4375

so that's the first question - can anyone in the east central florida area hear Site #19?

I have included a couple of screen shots - note the reporting (and tie together) of certain TGs into "supergroups" --- based on this data, for example, it appears that "SuperGroup" 65102 consists of TGs 104 and 103 - which are both Dade County Trouble TGs (so makes sense)

83836

^^^^^ note the third entry from the bottom noting Site 19.

This next image (below) is the dump from my end of TG activity. For those unfamiliar, this is the DSDPLUS.Groups file showing activity logs for the system.

For instance, note TG 501 has 13 unique "keyups" today. Don't ask me why 0000/00/000 0:00 type entries are logged..... I do not know.

all provided FYI

the plot thickens! Got up a bit early to see if I could catch the band open a bit - and sure enough, there is site 019.

New sites: 007 and 035 - unknown location. I cannot hear either of these sites. Of note, taking a look a the SuperGroups on Site 019 - TGs 1004 and 707.... 707 being "North Area URD" (don't know what URD stands for) - and 1004 isn't listed in the current TG list, but 1001 and 1002 are assigned to Naples....

So the questions are:

Has anyone logged TG 1004?

Can anyone hear sites 007 and 035?

more to follow.....

I'm not in FLA. Take what I say with a grain of salt. Based neighbors / neighbor CCs + freqs of Site 19.19, I'm going to speculate:

7 936.9125 is likely going to be Lake Placid (Highlands) - WQTX754
35 936.6875 is likely going to be ?South? Okeechobee (Okeechobee) - WPFN985
47 936.4625 is likely going to be Sebastian (Indian River) - WPFN985
133 935.4625 palm bay / hobe sound / labelle / jensen beach / daytona

I see 133 in the DB as Melbourne, but there are sites specifically with a "Melbourne" location in FCC records, and none of them contain 935.4625. But one or more of the sites I listed next to 133 is near Melbourne.

Also, here is a Google map of FP&L sites (if there are other companies they bought under a different FCC FRN, I don't have those in the map).

Because I am not in FL and because I don't always count what is in the DB as being guaranteed accurate, you'll note that the sites I have listed with site IDs are less than what the DB shows. I am much more conservative, since I am not in FL and can't monitor anything directly.

But the map might help some of you out if you are wondering about site locations / licenses / frequencies.

mtindor private Google Map for FP&L -- if ya don't like it, just don't look at it :)

Site 129 (Martin Plant) ducting in this morning - note new site 035 w/ CC 936.6875

29.29 (935.175) is listed in the DB as Loxatchee but only lists one control channel and no neighbor list (suggesting it may have just been monitored with a scanner). And there are two sites close by 129.129 that could be neighbor 29.29 (Loxahatchee WPFN975 and North Palm Beach WRFJ871).

125.125 (935.4625) is listed in the DB as Hobe Sound but only lists one control channel and no neighbor list (suggesting it may have just been monitored with a scanner). And there are four sites that could be neighbor 29.29 (Hobe Sound WPFN971 , Labelle WPFN983 , Palm Bay WPFN972 and Oakland Park WPFN982).

So somebody close to those areas might want to monitor 935.175 and 935.4625 with DSDplus / Pro96Com / Unitrunker in order to gather all of the advertised control channels, neighbors/peers and associated neighbor/peer frequencies in order confirm those two sites without a doubt.

Thank you, Doug. I'm sure that helps. Are ou also able to grab all of the advertised control channels as well as the listed CCs for those neighbors ? (DB only shows one confirmed CC and I'm sure that's not accurate).

I imagine you are pulling that from your historical data stored in your DSDPlus.P25Data file, which is great. And i know that if you are doing that, the control channels for the neighbors aren't listed in the same section and it would be a pain in the rear for you to have to go all through your P25Data file to grab the neighbor freqs. So you can disregard that. Having the full control channel list for 29.29 would be helpful though.

just kind of an update today on this system. I submitted dB inputs for sites 049 and 075 as noted above in this thread.

there are currently THREE sites that I cannot hear but most likely exist outside of my range:

Site: 7.7

Channel 0-152: 936.9125 CC
Channel 0-212: 937.6625 CC

Site: 11.11

Channel 0-76: 935.9625 CC

Site: 35.35

Channel 0-134: 936.6875 CC

i *CANNOT* 100% guarantee that the above three sites are using those exact freqs. But it's a good start. Request that people see if you can hear P25 CC data on those freqs and provide DSD+ data dumps if possible. Post here in this thread what you heard and a general location where you heard it from so we can try to nail down a better location. Site neighbor information is incredibly valuable so please share that if you can decode the data stream.

thx!

According to Unitrtunker, Site 29 Loxahatchee

Freqs:

935.1750 CC
935.7250 AC
936.2375 AC
937.7500 AC
938.4000 AC

Neighbors: 053 - Belle Glade
083 - Boca Raton
129 - Indiantown (Martin Plant)
147 - West Palm Beach

NAC: 125

That certainly confirms it. If anybody (reading this) gathers site information that includes all CCs on a site and site neighbors, please do submit it to the database if the database entry exists but only lists one control channel and/or no site neighbors. All that information is extremely useful, and in the case of control channels -- everyone needs to know all possible control channels when they program the sites in.

Great job fellas! I don't live in FLA, but I appreciate your efforts and contributions!

In my Unitrunker loggings on at least 10 different sites, I've found that every freq in the site lineup is designated as either a control channel or alternate control channel. I would imagine that all sites in the system are programmed this way but that's not what's reflected in the DB. In my submissions, I've always listed the CC's and Alt CC's. You're right that all that information is important as the CC can change.

i absolutely 100% concur with your post. the system is configured so that any freq at any site can be the control channel for that site.

I spoke with one of the FL DB Admins and there is some issue with changing the entries - he's working on it.
