Sometime last week on Site 165 Southport - Bay County it changed control channel and I get 2-4 bars depending where the sds100 is. I'm running dsdplus and a TG 5101 RID 16000961 pops up no audio though. Not sure if anyone else seen that TG 5101.
On TG 5101 it shows Enc Group Call no wonder it has no audio. I see TG 5301 popped up but no RID. I'm going to run DSDPlus til I go to work see what it shows for the day. I know Gulf Power here don't talk much. Last time I was in St Johns area FPL was like almost non stop talking.

I was thinking the samething. I haven't heard much traffic on the LTR system in awhile. I have to confirm it if so I can submit to have removed.... The power plant is in Southport. When I play disc golf at this one course by the bay Southside of the bay and at times you can see the plant Northside of the bay depending on weather. I'm not sure if there is any other plants around NWFL.I could be wrong, but I thought I had heard somewhere that the Gulf Power sites (at least the two in the DB, which I think are at power plants) are 100% encrypted -- at least for their local traffic. I could be totally wrong though. But I could have sworn it was mentioned somewhere, sometime, by somebody. I am not saying that across the board Gulf Power sites are/will be ENC, but that somehow I was told that the two sites in the DB at power plants have all of their local traffic ENC.

At 10:23am Radio Detach tgt=9650886 src=fne. Not sure FNE stands for.
I emailed them and they have no list.I shot an email to dsdplusfastlane@gmail.com asking he/she/it what FNE stands for.
I emailed them and they have no list.
FNE = Fixed Network Equipment, aka "the system"
I looked in RRDB couldn't find nothing for Sanderson (Baker County) for 900mhz.here are six sites to the west of Jacksonville that I do not have verified monitoring data for - i've included their FCC callsigns so you can do a lookup on them.
If anyone up there has DSD+ or Unitrunker and can search around, this would fill in a big gap in our FPL system map.
Based on the list that is on the FPL Database page, here are some guesses. (all in DECIMAL)
Sanderson would be site 081
Lawtey would be site 111
Starke would be 039
TIA!

I saw those 2 licenses. I usually go by city of the location for the name of the site. I'll find out which sites they will be next month when I run dsdplus. There are two Macclenny FL (Baker) sites, one to the east of sanderson and one to the west of Sanderson. One of those two is almost certainly going to be the one @batdude is referencing as Sanderson. And, just so you know, look at the top of the RRDB system page for FPL and view the sites listed there with their hex site IDs. That information was apparently pulled some time ago from a radio code plug, submitted, and placed in the DB. Sanderson 51 hex is 81 Decimal. So 81.81 will be Sanderson. All ya gotta do is figure out which Macclenny site is Sanderson.

- I'd bet dollars to donuts that this is "Sanderson" since they mention Sanderson and the tower ID on the license
