I am hearing analog with a 131.8 tone on 471.7625 that sounds like police. I am not hearing any digital signals on 483.7625.

what freq are you hearing a TRS on ? DMR or Motorola TRS ?

I heard it on a scanner feed.

a. passing a different Freq
b. Not programmed with Tone, and hearing a different Dept
c. Who knows, what feed ? URL
