Franklin County, Chateaugay, Malone area Freqs & PL Tone

I seldom see many frequencies and tone codes posted for the Malone, Chateaugay, Burke, Constable area. Surely someone form that area must utilize these boards and have that information to share.

Yes I did. I have provided information to you in the past for Clinton County, 800 MHz system TGID's, and some Franklin Countystuff. Northern Franklin county seems to be a hard County to get information for.

I am now retired, but when I was still working, until about 17 years ago, was in Malone at least twice a week. At that time I had a handheld scanner but not with CTCSS/DCS capability.

Two years ago I posted this same message on Strong Signals and a guy answered saying he would get the information to me within two weeks. Never herad from him again and he never responds to emails I have sent to him.

Until the early 90's I had friends who lived in Malone and I often visited them on weekends. However, they no longer live there so that source is gone.

Maybe someday I'll take a ride over there with a scanner or two and park and listen. It is about 50 miles from my home.

I remember you made a trip to Plattsburgh a year or two ago. Have you ever wanderd through northern Franklin County?

OK. I wasn't sure if I had the info you wanted or not, but sometimes people post questions like that before even trying to find out on their own. Obviously, you aren't one of those. :wink:

I have been in Franklin County, but only because it was along the route I was following. :twisted:
