For the last day or two I haven't heard anything on the lowband dispatch (46.160), just UHF (453.550). DId they finally turn it off or did the equipment finally give it up?

Low band is still active in Franklin county. I cannot verify if there has been any change in power output.
I was told the lowband equipment is simulcast along with their UHF paging channel but once the lowband equipment dies, it's done. The county will not maintain it.
Yes, they are still dispatching over LB but if any tower site equipment dies, it will remain dead. Their main dispatch is the UHF paging channel.
