Franklin County Sheriff Southern Illinois Encrypted?

Anybody have any information on if Southern Illinois, Franklin County Sheriff went encrypted ? And are you able to listen. I have sds200 have upgraded the DMR mode. Had some noise from the channel, but saying encrypted on the scanner. Didn't know if there was something special I had to do get it, or if I'm just not going to be able to listen.
