Franklin County SWAT

Is the channel listed for Franklin County SWAT no longer in use? CPD SWAT is fun to listen to but I never get any activity on county.

The county only use it when rarely activated. CPD has a full-time team who do high risk surveillance when not Swatting. (They do a fantastic job too).
