Seems as if Franklin Fire is now going at least partial encryption at the moment. You can no longer hear dispatchers, and my radio shows “No Key”. So obvious encryption. Seems also some units are also going encrypted. Heard the radio department say I’ve there Locution talkgroup to turn radios on to receive a update. Seems it’s going to be now complete full DE in Williamson...
