I have 155.865 CT 91.5 for Parish Police Jury and 155.940 ct 127.3 but I am not hearing anything. Does any body know if they have moved to different frequencies ?

They aren't listed in RR Database, but they have 4 assigned for Public Works

During the freeze last week I heard the sheriff talking police jury 1 about different things on the fpso channel. So being on lwin is a very good possibility. If anybody lives in this area please help to identify...

I haven't been down to Franklin in awhile so I haven't heard much. I do hear FPSO traffic occasionally on their main TG but that is about it. Now I have seen several 505## talkgroups light up on Unitrunker so I assume they belong to Franklin but with no voice up here I cannot confirm.

Edit: Actually they were all identified by the last update except for one: 50536. Plug that in and see if you can hear that on Chase or Delhi sites.

NELA Power COOP has a DMR system up here and in West Carroll. Considering they are in Winnsboro, I assume it's linked there too but again I have not confirmed.

50536 is fire district 1 dispatch.

At the time of my post, I either missed it or it wasn't updated on the database yet. I have it current for Franklin now, thanks for your help in getting them identified.

Any luck on NLPCO or any other utilities?

On a recent trip to Baskin, I caught 451.3000 between Ft. Necessity and Winnsboro. That frequency belongs to NELPCO. It showed up as a capacity plus channel with a color code of 1. What has me puzzled is that several months ago I caught another NELPCO frequency at Columbia that showed up as DMR. I caught them with Search with Scan so theses frequencies could have come from anywhere. I also caught a mysterious NXDN channel on Hwy 80 in Madison Parish that is not in the database nor has an FCC license. (451.225 MHz RAN: 1)

Nice. While I have a huge experience with P25, my DMR knowledge is very low due to the lack of users around here. NXDN is non-existant in my area (that will change I'm sure) and I've received one single NXDN transmission on the road near Dallas. NELPCO's frequencies are a constant stream of DMR data that flashes "DMR", "CAP+" back and forth until someone keys up a radio. It then displays DMR with CC and Slot information on the talkgroup and then back to the flashing. All of my radios (7) experience this and I'm not sure what kind of "system" it is. It's definitely conventional DMR that is linked with the other offices.

Thanks for the info, that is very interesting. I have not seen a DMR system do that.

If you have the frequencies for NE POWER could you please post them. Thank you and God bless.

I assume 451.3 CC1 that would go along with the NEPLCO system in Morehouse/West Carroll. Have not personally verified although lmaopac picked it up. They do have many frequencies on that license. And they could be using an actual CAP+ system in Franklin and not just one freq.

The frequencies I have are 451.3000 & 451.92500. I caught 451.3000 at Fort Necessity. It decoded Color Code: 1 and flip flopped between DMR and Cap+. I caught 451.92500 at Columbia and it had a weak signal, so not much data was decoded. I was able to match these to the FCC license for NEPLCO. These are unconfirmed, so if you get enough data to submit to the database, please do so.
