FRCC Phase II

Now seeing Phase II table information on the Weld Simulcast and Nunn 800 sites.

No indication of Phase II activity so far on the Weld Simulcast cluster.

Table information is identical to those broadcast over FRCC 700 MHz sites.

I've read FRCC will change over to phase 2 in steps. I have not heard definitely regarding DTRS.
If it were up to me everyone would remain phase 1. I like my PSR-500/600.
