FRE help

I have the E5 Eton Shortwave Radio and need help on how to read the display.

If I want the FREQ. 3500 I put the numbers in but the display shows 3500 kHz what I meen is it put the kHz at the end.

And I get this it is telling me to read it as 3,500,000 Hz am I right on this?

But then if I go up to 24100 the display shows 24100 kHz show is it telling me again to read it as 24,100,000 Hz do I have this right?

3.5 MHz = 3500 kHz = 3,500,000 Hz
24.1 MHz = 24100 kHz = 24,100,000 Hz
