Apparently, they have changed radio systems or something since last year. The System listed in RR Database does not work. Listened for 2 days and not a peep. Anyone with new freq info for them? A;so, anyone have a freq for Winchester City Schools. Haven't heard any school related traffic on the 159.06 freq. Thanks.

looks like they have a new license for two repeaters
On 800 MHz. You can locate them on the FCC web site.

The RR data base has these two listed. but as a LTR system. The license
says they are conventional and licensed for 13K6F3E. I think thats NFM analog ?

I don't find anything for Winchester schools except:
James Wood High School WPDE222

151.775 Was not changed to NFM so probably not in use
451.8875 MO NFM
452.0875 MO NFM
462.9375 MO NFM
463.7875 MO NFM
463.9750 FB-2 & MO NFM

Those are the only school related licenses I could find. If you don't
find them, perhaps their leasing on a Valley Two-Way system. They
seem to have lots of systems in the area.
