===========================
Beginning 02/21/2012 the Frederick County, MD 800MHz trunked radio system fixed network equipment will be retuned to implement the FCC's rebanding order.
Changes will begin 02/21/2012 at 1200hrs EST and continue during business hours until all frequencies have been changed. Completion of retuning for all frequencies is anticipated by 5pm on 02/22/2012.
Control and voice frequency change:
860.4875 changes to 856.1375
Voice frequency changes:
866.6125 changes to 851.6125
866.9125 changes to 851.9125
868.4875 changes to 853.4750
868.7500 changes to 853.7500
===========================
As is usual, all the freqs go down 15 mhz. The database entry is here;
Frederick County Trunking System, Frederick County, Maryland - Scanner Frequencies
If someone can validate these changes, please use the submit link to get the database changed. It's listing both pre-rebanded and post-rebanded frequencies.
As this is an analog system, and not every freq has a 5 in the fourth position, you will need to use a custom table to follow this system. There is a good explanation of this in our rebanding article, section 7
