Fredericksburg Digital Scanner Programming

I have a digital handheld scanner that has never used because I can not get it programmed. I would like to get it programmed with the local Fredericksburg/Spotsylvania/Stafford systems as a Christmas present for the person it belongs to. Is anyone aware of anybody I could take this to and pay to set it up and show me how to make future updates as needed? Thanks

Lisa52077 - did you ever get your radio programmed? I work in FB (but live in Alexandria), and might be able to help you do it, though time is running a bit short before holiday.

I actually haven't done anything with it yet. I am waiting until I can have a couple of hours to play with it. I will definetly let you know if I need some assistance. Thanks

V-Scanner folder 1, scanlist 20 has Spotsy county.

FUNC>PGM>Load (F1)>Down to 01>Load(F3)>YES(F1) wait then SCAN, eprom will reboot with new profile. When finished, press FUNC 0 to toggle list 20 ON then 1 to toggle list 1 off.
