Fredon (Sussex) New Channels?

Hey Guys / Gals:

Saw 2 new Pairs listed in the Database for Fredon listed as EMS Mobile uplinks. Anyone able to confirm these are actually in service and what they are for? I know they don't need crossband because they carry VHF portables and the fire uses 46.100 and they have a bunch of portables for that too. any help much appreciated!

I found these in the FCC database awhile ago. I haven't confirm anything yet, except for some static listening with the base scanner and indoor antenna only.
