Team,

Did anyone using FreeScan for recording notice that it takes almost 1 second to start recording the audio, and consequently losing the first second of the conversation?

I have had this issue in multiple instances where radio replies are very short.

by the way, is the ProScan logic for audio recording any better?

Thanks.

yes, I can download it but I can't activate a trial. I get a message saying that my trial expired.
Looking at the entire thread. Your original question. Had to do with audio recording quality Freescan vs. Proscan.

There are no updates to Freescan. While a Proscan(purchased) license gives you a lifetime of updates. So, The question ultimately becomes moot. Freescan is, for all intensive purposes dead.

I am not trying to be mean. Just that Freescan will never be improved. Here are two Proscan videos:

Proscan Tutorial #1

Proscan Tutorial #2

The guy who did these two Proscan tutorials is British(I am not). So, When he says 'Zed'. That is just the way citizens in the UK pronounce the letter Z
