Freescan close call storage

hi..

I have searched all over, and can not find an answer...maybe it is right in front of my blank face......

when I download from my 396xt to my computer, using Freescan, I can not find any of my close call hits on the computer.....the program shows a system with Close call in my whole system, and a folder under it with frequencies found, but it is empty....am I doing something wrong, or does Freescan not show close call hits when you load them to the computer, the frequencies are all there when you look at the close call directory on the scanner...now using version 2.04 but problem was there before upgrade.....

Tried this on my end and they seem to be downloading properly. There are several close call modes, are you sure you are using Search And Store? There are other modes that save the frequencies elsewhere so you won't see them listed under the system.
