Freescan Error - Please help :(

Hi all i am very very new to scanner but have a fair idea of computers but this has me stumped,

I have downloaded and installed Freescan to program my Uniden scanner but when i go to open the Freescan program i get this error message



I can confirm i am running an up to date .net framework

any help would be great

you will need to go to windows updates to up date your PC.

You need to have .Net 4.0 framework installed.
